A series of high-impact fitness commercials for Life Fitness, directed by Zapata and shot by Director of Photography Gabriel Jung, capturing the raw intensity and precision of modern strength training
Filmed in Chicago, the campaign features Isaiah Lowe and Hannah Studee in controlled, sculptural lighting environments that emphasize muscle definition, texture, and motion. Shot with a clean, high-resolution digital workflow and shaped through contrast-driven lighting by Gaffer Tyler Richter, the visuals balance commercial polish with cinematic grit—using dynamic camera movement, shallow depth of field, and directional highlights to elevate performance into a visceral, narrative-driven experience.
