Gabriel Jung is a professional director of photography. Starting his career as a cinematographer in São Paulo, Brazil, Gabriel acquired over a decade of experience, both nationally and internationally. Gabriel resides in Chicago, IL, and works as a Local in New York, Los Angeles, and São Paulo (Brazil).
Gabriel holds a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Columbia College Chicago with a concentration in "Cinematography" and transferred credits from the Babelsberg Konrad Wolf University in Berlin, Germany. In addition, Gabriel also holds a bachelor's degree from Senac University in "Audiovisual Production" in São Paulo, Brazil.
Having worked as a director of photography for a wide range of projects, Gabriel has gained invaluable narrative and commercial filmmaking expertise. Gabriel holds multiple credits working on features, short films, music videos, and advertisements, collaborating with major brands like Nike, Bosh, Toyota, and many more. Furthermore, Gabriel holds a 2019 "Best Cinematography" nomination from the "New York Cinematography Awards".
